Where do you ship?
We ship only to the U.S. (excluding HI and AL)
How long will it take to get my orders?
Our shipping and processing takes 3-5 business days (time is subject to change depending on your location. For more accurate shipping times, fill in your address in checkout).
Can I test the bike before riding?
Yes. You can test ride our bikes in any of our retailers or at our offices in Manhattan Beach or San Pedro. To schedule an appointment with our team, contact us on this page or follow this link Schedule Test Ride
How long does it take to assemble?
15-30 mins.
Our bikes come 90% of the way assembled. All you need to do is attach the handle bars, screw on the pedals and attach some wires. That's it! Our bikes even come in easy open boxes along with pre-attached stands that help assembly even farther.
